What We Grow
Ekar Farm is an organic diversified produce farm. We grow a variety of crops that are well-suited to the local climate in Colorado including carrots, collards, swiss chard, and several types of cabbage and radishes. We also grow a number of culturally-responsive crops for our local community members, including shisho, okra, and daikon radishes. We strive to produce high-quality, nutrient dense, organically-grown vegetables, flowers and herbs that we provide to our community food access partners.
Each year, Ekar Farm is dedicated to donating over 20,000 pounds of produce from the farm to our local community members. We are constantly seeking out ways to increase our production on the farm and better serve the Denver metro area.
